Privacy Policy

BulldogBrowser ("we", "us", "our") provides an anti-detect browser and the related account, dashboard and website at bulldogbrowser.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].

Account data: the email address and name you provide when you sign up, and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Social login data: if you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your basic public profile (name) and email address from that provider, solely to create and identify your BulldogBrowser account. We do not post anything to your social accounts and we do not request access to your contacts, friends, posts or any other data.

Payment data: when you subscribe, payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and plan, but we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage and security data: to protect your account and our service against fraud, account takeover and abuse, we keep a security log of account-level events — such as sign-ups, log-ins and log-outs, and creation, editing or deletion of profiles — together with the IP address, approximate city/country and browser/device (user-agent) associated with each event, and the time it happened. This is the same kind of account audit trail used across the industry. It records account actions only; it never includes the contents of your browsing inside profiles (see section 4).

Marketing news and offers require a separate opt-in. You can withdraw in Account settings or via an unsubscribe link. Essential account and security messages are separate.

To create and operate your account, authenticate you, provide the service and its features, process payments, send essential service and security notifications, respond to support requests, and protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Your profile state is stored locally and, when you use cloud sync or a web browser session, transmitted to our hosting infrastructure to restore the profile. Portable state can include cookies, tabs, history, saved logins, site storage and supported extensions. Sync encryption uses server-managed keys; it is not zero-knowledge encryption. Staff activity dashboards do not inspect or expose private-profile browsing content. We do not collect profile page contents or search terms for analytics.

We use necessary login cookies and a first-party visitor identifier for Bulldog website analytics. Analytics includes our website route (without query strings), referring domain, approximate country/city, device category and estimated visible-tab time. Logged-in website activity is associated with your account. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for this analytics. These records do not describe browsing inside your profiles. We do not use advertising cookies.

We share data only with service providers that help us run BulldogBrowser — our payment processor, email delivery and hosting/infrastructure providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Account activity events are retained for up to 90 days, first-party website analytics for 30 days and staff access/action audit records for 365 days, with bounded hourly cleanup. Security incident and billing records may require separate retention. Approximate IP matches are review signals, not proof of identity or wrongdoing.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you signed up using Facebook Login and wish to remove the data obtained through it, email the same address and we will delete it within 30 days.

Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected, and we record failed-login attempts and the account security log described in section 2 (IP, country, device and event time) to detect and block brute-force attacks, account takeover and abuse. This security log is accessible only to authorized BulldogBrowser staff and is never sold or shared for advertising. Optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available on every plan.

You may access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for social login at any time. Contact [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date below.
